Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз тенденцій модернізації освітнього процесу викладання економічних дисциплін, інтегрованих модернізаційних змін у викладанні економічних дисциплін у системі вищої медичної і фармацевтичної освіти для вдосконалення методики навчання фармакоекономіки майбутніх провізорів. Проаналізовано досвід проектування освітнього процесу навчання фармакоекономіки у вищих навчальних закладах й окреслено перспективи вдосконалення освітнього процесу і розробки методики навчання фармакоекономіки та її впровадження у практику вищих навчальних закладів.
The article analyzes the trends of modernization of the educational process of teaching economic disciplines, integrated modernization changes in the teaching of economic disciplines in the system of higher medical and pharmaceutical education to improve the methodology of pharmacoeconomic education of the future pharmacists. The experience of designing the educational process of teaching pharmacoeconomics in higher education institutions and the prospects for improvement have been outlined. Educational process and development of the methodology of pharmacoeconomic education and its implementation in the rationale of higher education institutions are revealed. It has been established that the system of teaching economic disciplines of professional training of pharmacists in higher education institutions includes the following disciplines: the fundamentals of economics; pharmacoeconomics. Teaching pharmacoeconomics as an integrated science in the professional training of the future pharmacists results in the optimization of the pedagogical process and modernization of the content with introduction of innovative changes in the field of economics, namely: the use of methodological approaches and principles for reducing the cost of production and the cost of supplying pharmaceutical products, project management, controlling economic indicators efficiency of production, logistic innovations and effective strategic management in the pharmaceutical enterprise to achieve competitiveness in the pharmaceutical market, including pharmaceuticals available to the general population in the formulary list. Introduction of a comprehensive pharmacoeconomic analysis from the stage of development and introduction into the production of new drugs on the basis of the pharmacoeconomic substantiation of the benefits of therapeutic efficacy, safety, and availability for patients is highlighted. Formation of the future pharmacists' professional readiness to apply a set of methods of pharmacoeconomic analysis to improve the medical provision of the population is revealed. In order to implement effectively innovative changes in the educational process, it is advisable to supplement the content modules and develop a scheme of phased application of the methodology of pharmacoeconomics training for the future pharmacists in higher education institutions. The conceptual basis of designing the methodology for studying pharmacoeconomics in the process of preparation of the future pharmacists in higher education institutions on the basis of the integrated application of the method of clinical and economic analysis, logistic and pharmacoeconomic approaches and principles of rational pharmacotherapy and social pharmacy are defined; they provide improvement of the pedagogical process, by introducing universal standards of management system quality, design and risk management, as well as the standards of other systems of effective enterprise management, which contribute to both formation and development of professional competence of the future specialists in the industry, and the comprehensive readiness for future professional activities.
