Конвергентні технології: філософські аспекти осмислення

Abstract

У статті висвітлено зміст поняття «NBIC-конвергенція»; вказано, що на сучасному етапі цивілізаційного поступу людства конвергентні технології вступають в інтенсивну синергетичну взаємодію. Констатується, що цілісний розгляд процесу становлення синергійно зв’язаного комплексу конвергентних технологій постає здійсненним в контексті методологічної парадигми синергійної складністності. В умовах амбівалентної природи інноваційних процесів вказано на необхідність техно-соціальної експертизи. Розкрита системність експертизи, котра реалізується через міждисциплінарність. Висвітлено сладові техносоціальної експертизи. Проаналізовані переваги та реальні рубежі в передбаченні майбутнього.

The article defines the concept of «NBIC-convergence»; at the modern stage of civilization development of humanity converging technologies: nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, information technologies, cognitive technologies create an intensive synergetic interaction that opens up new prospects for evolution as a transformation process which is consciously directed. NBIC are interdisciplinary converging technologies. The concept of the association of converging technologies is technocratic. Nanotechnology stand as a synergistic order parameter in the NBIC, and the evolution of converging technologies follows their logic. It is stated that a holistic consideration of the process of formation of the synergetic complex of the associated converging technologies is considered in the context of the methodological paradigm of synergistic complexity. The principle of methodological complexity becomes transdisciplinary principle of transformative socio-cultural practices. The need for the emergence of new methods of evaluation the effectiveness of these technologies and expertise in terms of ambiguous nature of innovation processes is indicated. Among the main research directions in this context allocate forecasting, futurology and expertise, which are closely interconnected. The consistency of the expertise, which is implemented through the interdisciplinarity approach is reveals. The components of techno-social expertise are analyzed. It is stated that techno expertise and its humanitarian area is one of the key factors for the sustainability and survival of society. Expertise of technical and technological innovation is a meta scientific character.
