Структура та рівень розвитку залізничного транспорту України до 2014 року

Abstract

У статті проаналізована структура та рівень розвитку залізничного транспорту України до 2014 року. Прослідковано динаміку пасажирських та вантажних перевезень в Україні у 2009-2013 рр. після загальної кризи економіки. Встановлено, що остання спричинила значне погіршення становища на залізницях, певне зменшення обсягів перевезень та зміну їхньої структури. Як свідчить наш аналіз, відправлення вантажів та пасажирів залізниця-ми України зменшувалося на 0,2-2,5% в порівнянні з попередніми роками (до 2009 року) та на 2,8-4,4% – за 2009-2013 роки. Зазначено, що реформування системи залізничного транспорту сьогодні є об’єктивною необхідністю. Воно є першим кроком на шляху адаптації залізничного транспорту України до стандартів ЄС, а також застосування прозорих ринкових механізмів.

Transport – is an important component of structure of the any state economy. Efficient functioning of the transport complex is the basis for structural transformations and economic growth, development of foreign economic activity, satisfaction of the needs of the population and social production in transportation, protection of economic interests, strengthening of the country's defense capability. Rail transport is an integral part of the unified transport system of Ukraine and meets the requirements of social production and national security; it has an extensive infrastructure for providing the appropriate complex of transport services. Many scientific and methodical publications are provided the picture of development of the individual elements of the transport sphere and emphasize the spatial characteristics of the transport system, which allows us to identify the most urgent issues in the development of land transport, in particular, both automobile and railway. At the same time in scientific labors of modern domestic scientists not enough attention spared to the problems of transport infrastructure development. All of it have been defined actuality of the select theme and necessity of deepening subsequent of study of this question study. In the article is analyzed structure and level of development of railway transport of Ukraine until 2014. The dynamics of passenger and freight transportations in Ukraine in 2009-2013 after the general crisis of economy was tracked. It is set that the general crisis of economy entailed the considerable worsening of position on railways, certain diminishing of transportations and change of their structure. How does show the our analysis, sending of loads and passengers by Ukraine rail diminished on 0,2-2,5% as compared to the previous year (until 2009) and on 2,8-4,4% – for the years 2009-2013. Is marked, that the reformation of the system of railway transport today is an objective by a necessity. It is the first step on the way to adaptation of railway transport of Ukraine to the standards of EU, and to implementation of transparent market mechanisms in its activity.
