Екологічна оцінка та динаміка змін якості води річки Турія у Волинській області

Abstract

Сьогодні більшість річок України загалом та Волинської області зокрема є забрудненими від звичайної людської недбалості, оскільки не достатньо виконуються природоохоронні заходи. Не є винятком і р. Турія, що протікає з півдня на північ через м. Ковель Волинської області. В останні роки вона зазнала чималого антропогенного тиску, що спричинив забруднення води промисловими, комунальними стічними водами, погіршення якості води, заростання русла, цвітіння води тощо. У зв’язку з цим оцінка якості води є важлива. Виконана орієнтовна екологічна оцінка якості води р. Турія за середніми величинами показників якості води трьох блоків, відповідно до нормативного документу «Методика екологічної оцінки якості поверхневих вод за відповідними категоріями». Проаналізовано динаміку змін якості води за період 2007-2016 рр. Визначено, що води р. Турія за середньорічними інтегральними індексами належали до 2 і 3 категорії ІІ класу якості води відповідно у пунктах 2 км вище і 1,5 км нижче міста Ковель. Відзначена тенденція збільшення значень блокових індек-сів за еколого-санітарними показниками і специфічними речовинами токсичної дії вниз за течією річки. Результати об’єднаної екологічної оцінки якості води за відповідними категоріями подано у таблиці та діаграмах. Встановлено основні джерела забруднення води р. Турія та запропоновано заходи з покращення екологічного стану р. Турія.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the chemical composition of water and the dynamics of changes in water quality in the river Turia for the period of 2007-2016. The assessment of the quality and dynamics of water pollution from the ecological positions was performed in two points of observation in three blocks. They are salt composition, ecological and sanitary indices, content of specific substances toxic effects. The overall ecological assessment of water quality is calculated as an average of the sum of three block indexes. By the values of block and ecological indexes, the category and class of water quality were determined according to the ecological classification. The observation points were in Kovel city: 2 km higher and 1.5 km below the city. It was established that the waters of the river Turia for the components of the salt composition, belonged to the first category of the I class ("excelent" in their natural state, "very clean" in terms of its purity) for both observation points. It was determined that the water of the river Touria for ecological and sanitary indicators belonged to third categories of the 2nd class of quality ("good" in their natural state, "fairly clean" in terms of purity). According to the content of specific substances of toxic effect, the water of the Turia belongs to third category of the 2nd class water quality ("good" in their natural state, "fairly clean" on the degree of purity "). It was analyzed that the average annual values of ecological indexes for the ten-year period described the waters of the river Turia into 2 category ("very good" in their natural state, "clean" in terms of purity) at a point 2 km above the city and 3 categories ("good" for their natural state, "fairly clean" by the degree of purity) II class water quality at a point 1,5 km below the city. The main sources of water pollution are poorly cleaned sewage and sewage treatment facilities of the city's enterprises.
