Організація соціально-педагогічної адаптації студентів

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз наукового підходу до організації соціально-педагогічної адаптації студентів молодших курсів, що забезпечить підвищення рівня їх успішної професійної підготовки. Представлено теоретичні основи соціально-педагогічної адаптації студентів. Зокрема, проаналізовано точку зору психологів, соціологів і педагогів на досліджуваний процес, зазначено структуру процесу адаптації як енергетичної підсистеми, середовищної підсистеми, діяльнісної підсистеми, соціальної підсистеми, особистісної підсистеми. Зазначено рівні та етапи соціальної адаптації, види соціально-педагогічної адаптації як нормальна адаптація, девіантна адаптація, патологічна адаптація. Схарактеризовано особливості дидактичної адаптації як невід’ємної складової соціально-педагогічної адаптації студентів.

The aim of the article is to analyze the scientific approach to the organization of social-pedagogical adaptation of undergraduate students, which will provide an increase in the level of their successful professional training. The theoretical bases of social-pedagogical adaptation of students are presented. In particular, the point of view of psychologists, sociologists and teachers on the investigated process is analyzed; the structure of the process of adaptation as the energy subsystem, the environmental subsystem, activity subsystem, social subsystem, personal subsystem is specified. Levels and stages of social adaptation, such types of social-pedagogical adaptation as normal adaptation, deviant adaptation, pathological adaptation are indicated. The features of didactic adaptation as an integral part of students’ social-pedagogical adaptation are characterized. It has been concluded that students’ social-pedagogical adaptation is an active, complex, multifaceted, controversial process of incorporating a subject into a new social and educational situation and is an important factor in the success of learning; there is a restructuring of the internal stereotype of self-organization of the cognitive process, which was formed in conditions of school education, in accordance with the externally prescribed new model of university education; there is a transformation of the usual methods and means of educational activity and their realization in the new organizational forms of training (lecture, seminar, practical classes, independent work, etc.); new interpersonal relationships are established in the system of “student-teacher”, “student-student” on the basis of professional-oriented convergence of social-role positions between them, desirable mutual trust, business cooperation, creativity and independence; social-pedagogical adaptation is characterized by dynamism and its effectiveness depends on the state of the educational environment, as well as on the individual personal-psychological qualities of the student; a significant proportion of freshmen need help in overcoming the difficulties of adapting to the new conditions of study at the university by the psychologist, tutor, teachers; understanding of the theoretical fundamentals of social-psychological adaptation of students will enable faster and more effective overcoming of the difficulties of this adaptation.
