Психолого-педагогічні особливості управління хором

Abstract

У статті розкриваються психолого-педагогічні особливості управління хоровим колективом, які полягають у феномені особистості диригента-хормейстера; його вміннях створювати особливе психічне напруження, використовувати психологічний фактор впливу – навіювання, управляти власним емоційним станом з одночасним впливом на психологічний стан усіх хористів-виконавців, встановлювати психологічні контакти, володіти важливим ресурсом психіки музиканта – виконавською увагою. На основі виявлених психолого-педагогічних засад організації роботи з хором розроблено систему практичних порад учителямдиригентам, які дадуть змогу методично правильно, ефективно й цікаво вибудовувати модель взаємодії з хоровим колективом.

The article reveals the psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of the management of a choral group, which is to the phenomenon of the identity of the conductor-choirmaster, his skills to create a special psychological stress, to use the psychological factor of influence is the suggestion to manage a personal emotional state simultaneously with the influence on the psychological state of all singers-performers, set psychological contacts, hold an important resource psyche musician performing attention. Based on identified psychological and pedagogical foundations the organization of work with the choir has developed a system of practical advice to the teachers-conductors: vocal when configuring choir to consider the state of health, mood choir; at the initial stage of the lessons of great importance is the self-presentation of the conductor and attracting attention of the staff; the Director of the choir not be verbose, should not be given many tasks simultaneously; tasks that are put before the choir should be manageable and accessible; technically complex fragments of a work can be repeated once or twice, reusable repetition will not give the desired result; when communicating with a choir should follow the same respect for its participants; it is necessary to take into account the gender characteristics of the choir; you should not pay attention to random errors and stop performing process; great importance is the distance between the conductor and chorus; classes should be held constant emotional growth; positive, inspiring the emotional state of the choristers can contribute to a better sound generation, if the perpetrators are not formed a vocal skills. The use of these recommendations will help the conductor to build a model of interaction with a choir methodically correctly, efficiently and interesting.
