Підготовка керівника хореографічного колективу в Уманському гуманітарно-педагогічному коледжі імені Т. Г. Шевченка

Abstract

У статті висвітлено особливості підготовки майбутніх педагогівхореографів та керівників хореографічних колективів у ВНЗ на прикладі Уманського гуманітарно-педагогічного коледжу імені Т. Г. Шевченка. Проаналізовано, якими особистісними якостями та професійними вміннями повинен володіти майбутній спеціаліст у галузі хореографічного мистецтва для ефективної професійної діяльності. Означено значення участі майбутніх педагогів- хореографів у хореографічних колективах.

With the development of modern society preparation of future teacherschoreographers and leaders of choreographic collectives has become more important. This preparation is carried out in Ukraine in higher educational institutions of the I-IV accreditation levels. In the article the features of preparation of future teacherschoreographers and leaders of choreographic collectives in higher educational institution is shown on the example of Uman Humanitarian Pedagogical College named after Taras Shevchenko. The author has analyzed the personal qualities and professional skills which a future specialist should have in the sphere of choreography for effective professional activity.The article has determined value of future participation of the teachers-choreographers in dance bands. The author stresses that the art director is the foremost man of his time, a man of high culture and deep knowledge that has mastered the basics of professional skills. Creativity of the team depends on his philosophy and aesthetic positions. He has to understand the complex phenomena of modern art, distinguish the progressive tendencies of false, malicious. He must be able to think choreographic images to be a philosopher, a psychologist and a teacher. One of the higher educational institutions of such level of accreditation, which trains a teacher-choreographer and a leader of choreographic collective is T. Shevchenko Uman Humanitarian Pedagogical College. The educational institution provides preparation of the specialists of the following educational qualification levels: «a junior specialist» with qualifications «A teacher of preschool education», «A teacher of primary education» with additional qualification «A leader of choreographic collective of preschool children» and qualification «A social pedagogue» with an additional qualification «A leader of choreographic collective». The teachers of choreographic commission provide the teaching of the appropriate disciplines. The students attend folk amateur dance ensembles «Verbychenka» and «Amelie».
