Abstract

У статті розкрито зміст та сутність інноваційної методичної системи здоров'язбережувального навчання студентів, створеної на засадах фундаменталізації фізкультурно-оздоровчої освіти. Обґрунтовано необхідність міждисциплінарних зв'язків у системі фізкультурно-оздоровчої освіти студентів вищих навчальних закладів. Висвітлено зміст форм, методів та засобів фізичної культури, указано на механізми їх використання.

The article explores the meaning and essence of the innovative methodical system of the health-preserving education of students, created on the principles of fundamentalization of physical training and health-improving education. The necessity of maintenance interdisciplinary connections in the system of the physical training and health-improving education of students of higher educational establishments is grounded. The content of forms, methods and means of physical culture and the mechanisms of their use are solved.
