| Abstract: | В ході проведених досліджень здійснена комплексна оцінка рівня рухово'і активності студентів, що навчаються в умовах сучасних вищих закладів освіти. Результати вивчення критеріальних показників рухового режиму студентів засвідчували перевагу показників низького рівня рухово'і активності як дівчат, так і юнаків, що не досягали нижньої межи фізіолого-гігієнічних значень, рекомендованих для осіб підліткового віку. In the course of research carried out a comprehensive assessment of physical activity of students enrolled in institutions of higher education today. Study of criterion performance motor regimen students testified the advantage of low motor activity as girls and boys, do not reach lower level physiological and hygienic values recommended for persons of adolescent age. Lack of scientific and hygienic standards of motor activity for people of student age leads to the need to develop clear physiological-hygienic criteria for assessment of motor activity students and develop appropriate measures for its improvement. |
