Ціннісні орієнтири вищої філологічної освіти у ХХІ столітті

Abstract

У статті з урахуванням зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду окреслено вимоги сучасного ринку праці до вчителя і викладача-філолога, з’ясовано чинники впливу на розвиток особистості філолога. Доведено, що на реалізацію особистісних потреб у саморозвитку впливає якісне мовне виховання, конкурентоспроможна освітня програма якісних освітніх послуг навчального закладу (професійно орієнтовані навчальні дисципліни, нові форми викладання, розширення функцій фахової практики, підвищення статусу магістра, викладача).

Taking into account foreign and home experience the requirements of modern labour-market to the teacher and teacher-philologist are outlined in the article. The factors of influence on the development of personality of philologist are also found out. It is well-proven that high-quality language education, competitive educational program of high-quality educational services of educational establishment (professionally oriented educational disciplines, new forms of teaching, expansion of functions of professional practice, growing status of master, teacher) make influence on the realization of personality requirements in self-development.
