| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена аналізу основних характеристик та вимірів освітніх змін. Розглянуто дві парадигми процесу освітніх змін: раціонально-структурну та стратегічно-системну. Охарактеризовано чотири виміри реалізації освітніх реформ: політичний, структурний, символічний (культурний) та людський. The article is devoted to the analyses of the main characteristics and dimensions of educational change. Two paradigms of educational change process are looked through: the rational-structural and the strategically-systemic. Four dimensions of the realization of education reforms are characterized: political, structural, symbolic (cultural) and human. |
