Анотація
У статті розкрито поняття цінностей і ціннісних орієнтацій; визначено вплив ціннісної системи на формування особистості; окреслено виховний потенціал іноземної мови, що впливає на розвиток мотиваційно-ціннісної сфери людини; особливу увагу зосереджено на обґрунтуванні принципів співпраці викладачів зі студентами, які впливають на гуманізацію навчально-виховного процесу; розглянуто форми та методи їх взаємодії; проведено аналіз наукових досліджень з визначеної теми.
In the article we exposed the meaning of values and value orientation. In particular we defined that value is a complex concept for such phenomena of spiritual life as idea or ideal, moral norm or artistic work. And the system of value orientations reflects an internal essence of its culture. It directs all the forms of social activity of the individual. Thus, the system of values is the link that unites community and individual, including him to the system of social relations, as well as defining the essence of life and specialties for self-assertiveness and self-realization. There was also determined the influence of value system on personality formation, outlined an educational potential of foreign language which influences the development of a person motivational-valued sphere. Special attention was paid to analysis of the principles of teachers and students collaboration which make influence on humanization of the whole educational process. Among the existing principles we outlined the most important of them: – principle of openness and autonomy; – principle of persuasion at the maintenance of alternative; – principle of trust and doubt; – principle of a subject to subject position; Taking into consideration the fact that humanist principles of collaboration between teachers and students should be realized with the help of forms and methods of their cooperation we described in details how they work. It should be mentioned that we studied a lot of scientific researches on the given problem highlighted in the works of domestic and foreign philosophers, psychologists and educationalists, but the most significant value for us had the ideas of philosophers of a personality self-development, her ability to self-determination and self-improving (M. Bahtin, V. Bibler, M. Berdiaev, I. Donzov, I. Kant, M. Mardashchvili, S. Rubinshchtein, G. Tulchinskyi and so on). So, experimental work and our experience in the researched sphere allow us to draw a conclusion that formation of humanist values of any student is a long-term process which has its own stages: reflexive-diagnostic, constructive, experimental-researching and integrative ones.
