Глобалізаційні хвилі в історії української освіти

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано чинники що визначають сутність глобалізаційних освітніх процесів та класифіковано їх на позапедагогічні (політичні, ідеологічні) та педагогічні. До перших віднесено експансію світових релігій та світових імперій (автор називає їх агентами глобалізаційного впливу), до других – поширення нових освітніх технологій (вони виступають засобами глобалізаційного впливу). Виокремлено п’ять глобалізаційних хвиль в історії української освіти, пов᾿язаних з експансією на українські землі таких освітніх традицій/систем : 1) християнсько-візантійська освітня традиція (Х-ХІІ ст.); 2) західноєвропейська освітня традиція (ХV-ХVІІ ст.); 3) російська / австро-угорська освітні традиції (ХVІІІ- поч. ХХ ст.); 4) російсько-радянська освітня система (30-80-ті рр. ХХ ст.); 5) західна традиція освіти високих стандартів якості (з 90-х рр. ХХ ст.).

The article analyzes the factors determining the essence of globalization influences on the development of educational processes and classifies them in non-pedagogical (political, ideological) and pedagogical. The first group of factors of influence includes the expansion of world religions, neighbor states / world empires (the author calls them agents of globalization influence), to others ‒ the expansion of educational traditions (they act as means of globalization influence). There are five globalization waves in the history of Ukrainian education related to the expansion of educational traditions / systems into Ukrainian lands: 1) the Christian Byzantine educational tradition (X-XII centuries); 2) Western European educational tradition (ХV‒ ХVІІ centuries); 3) Russian / Austro-Hungarian educational traditions (ХVІІІ ‒ early ХХth centuries); 4) Russian-Soviet educational system (30-80 years of the XXth century); 5) Western tradition of education of excellence (beginning from the 90th of the XXth century).
