Глобальний вимір цілей освіти: пошуки і досягнення

Abstract

У статті подано характеристику визначених світовою громадою цілей освіти, задекларованих у документах ООН, починаючи від Загальної Декларації прав людини (1948р.) і закінчуючи Декларацією Культури миру (1999). Предметом розгляду стали три групи цілей, що є провідними і найбільш ґрунтовно висвітленими у документах ООН: 1) забезпечення рівних прав на отримання освіти; 2) сприяння індивідуальному розвитку особистості; 3) підтримка через освіту стабільності і позитивних соціальних змін в суспільстві. Констатовано, що освітні цілі, що які тримали міжнародне визнання у документах ООН, стали в кінці ХХ – на початку ХХІ ст. основою для формування національної освітньої політики більшості держав. Спільно вироблені освітні цілі слугують основою розвитку конвергентних процесів в освітніх системах абсолютної більшості країн сучасного світу.

The article describes the goals of education defined in the UN documents, beginning with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) аnd ending with Declaration on a Сulture of Peace (1999). The subject of consideration were three groups of goals that are leading and most thoroughly covered in the UN documents: 1) ensuring equal rights to receive education; 2) promoting individual development of the individual; 3) support through the education of stability and positive social change in society. It was ascertained that the educational goals, which held international recognition in the UN documents, became at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century the basis for the formation of the national educational policy of most national states. Jointly worked out educational goals serve as a basis for the development of convergent processes in the educational systems of the absolute majority of countries of the modern world.
