Вивичення алелопатичного впливу калини звичайної (Viburnum opulus L.)

Abstract

Проведено дослідження впливу вегетативних органів калини звичайної на проростання насіння редису та ріст проростків на перших етапах онтогенезу. Зафіксовано інгибуючу дію листків калини та бруньок на проростання насіння редису. Встановлена короткочасність такої дії для бруньок калини та значну її тривалість для листків. Проведено порівняльний аналіз довжини стебел в контролі і досліді. Встановлено гальмування колінами листків росту проростків редису. Проведено дослід з моделювання природних змін водного режиму середовища під час проростання насіння та його впливу на алелопатичну дію калини.

The investigation of the influence of the European dogwood vegetative organs on the germination of the radish seeds and the growth of the germinants on the first stages of the ontogeny was carried out. The inhibitory activity of the European dogwood leaves and buds on the radish seeds germination was recorded. The short duration of the such activity of buds and the long of leaves was stated. The comparative study of the germinant stem heights under controlled and experimental conditions was conducted. The suppression made by the colins of the European dogwood leaves on the growth of the radish germinants was ascertained. The experiment as for the simulation of the water relationships natural changes during the germination of the seeds and the influence of the such changes on the allelopathy impact of the European dogwood was carried out.
