Особливості кадрового забезпечення навчально-виховного процесу в трудовій колонії ім. М. Горького (1920–1928 рр.)

Abstract

У публікації представлено результати дослідження особливостей кадрового забезпечення навчально-виховного процесу в Трудовій колонії ім. М. Горького (1920–1928 рр.). Зокрема, автором визначено, що особливості кадрового забезпечення навчально-виховного процесу в Трудовій колонії ім. М. Горького, очолюваної А. Макаренком у період із 1920 р. по 1928 р., полягали в ретельному аналізі завідувачем особистісних і професійних якостей працівників; у регулярній діагностиці колективу закладу; в оптимізації сталості й динаміки кадрів; у комплектуванні штату працівників відповідно до навчально-виховних і господарських потреб закладу на засадах принципу фінансової економії.

The problem of staffing takes special place in the theory of educational establishments management. In control theory institution issue a comprehensive staffing educational process occupies a special place. The reason for such attention is the complexity of the process of formation of staffing in education, due to economic instability and social and psychological problems of society. The task of historical pedagogy is the study, analysis and retrospection of educational experience of the past. In this context the experience of A. Makarenko for working with staff in a Labour Colony named after M. Gorky is specially time-tueted attracts it attention of modern researchers by uniqueness of the results of educational activities. The Labour Colony named after M. Gorky and the activities of its leader – A. Makarenko – in the period from 1920 to 1928 were the subject of special research E. Balabanovycha, A. Boiko, I. Zyazyuna, I. Kozlov, I. Krivonosa, V. Coumarin, F. Naumenko, M. Nijinsky, N. Tarasevych, A. Tkachenka, A. Frolov, M. Yarmachenka. The researchers reconstructed the history of team building in the colony, established the dynamics of its development and so on. In the context of organizational learning and teaching principles of A. Makarenko’s management, the purpose of this study was to determine characteristics of the teaching-training process of A. Makarenko in Labor Colonies named after M. Gorky (1920–1928). To realize the objectives of the study the author used general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization), the use of which has become essential in the analysis of the theoretical heritage of A. Makarenko, historical retrospective and chronological methods revealed information about Staffing Labour Colony named after M. Gorky in chronological order. As a result of this research the author was able to determine that the characteristics of the teaching process in Labour Colony named after M. Gorky, headed by A. Makarenko in the period from 1920 to 1928, consisted of a through analysis of the head of the personal and professional qualities of workers, in regular diagnostic facility staff, to optimize the stability and dynamics of shots, in the composition of workers by educational and educational and economic needs of the institution on the basis of the principle of fiscal austerity.
