Abstract

У статті проаналізовано суперечливі позиції науковців щодо педагогічної спадщини видатного педагога ХХ століття – А. С. Макаренка; основні етапи його життя і педагогічної діяльності відповідно до потреб сьогодення, виділено періоди його професійного становлення як педагога-творця і новатора. Зазначено випереджальний інноваційний характер педагогічної теорії і практики талановитого педагога. Наголошується, що класик педагогіки, справжній новатор у цій галузі, А. С. Макаренко, який написав більш ніж 150 творів, створив та науково обґрунтував цілісну систему виховання: вчення про дитячий колектив, особистість, дисципліну – як моральну категорію, вимогливість – як найбільшу гуманність.

The article contains the contradictory positions of scientists concerning the pedagogical heritage of a prominent teacher of the XX-th century – A. S. Makarenko; basic stages of his life and pedagogical activities in accordance with the necessities of the present; the periods of his professional becoming as a teacher-creator and innovator are differentiated. The passing ahead innovative character of pedagogical theory and practice of the talented teacher is marked. It is emphasized that a classic of pedagogics, real innovator in this sphere, A. S. Makarenko, who wrote more than 150 works, created and scientifically substantiated the integral system of education: the teaching about child’s collective, personality, discipline as moral category, demanding attitude as the greatest humanity.
