Соціологічні аспекти проблеми взаємодії

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз наукових поглядів соціологів на сутність явища взаємодії – основи соціалізації, самовизначення, самореалізації особистості, виявлено його сутнісні характеристики (інтерактивність; повага до співрозмовника і самоповага; суверенність особистості; неупереджене ставлення до суб’єкта взаємодії, врахування його інтересів; створення ситуації успіху, стимулювання), вагомі для вирішення питання підготовки майбутніх психологів до професійної взаємодії. Сформульовано вимоги до суб’єктів взаємодії (емпатія, саморефлексія дій, самоконтроль, прагнення до самовдосконалення, високий, моральний, культурний рівень).

The article gives the analysis of sociologists view point on the essence of interaction as the basis of socialization, self-expression and self-realization of a person. It reveals essential characteristics of interaction (interactivity, respect to the interlocutor and self-respect, consideration of his/her interests, sovereignty of a person, unbiased attitude to the object of interaction, creation of the situation of success, stimulation), some aspects important for the training of future psychologists for their professional interaction. Requirements for the subject of interaction (empathy, self-reflection, self-control, commitment to excellence, high moral and cultural level) are determined in the article.
