Педагогічні умови формування професійного іміджу майбутнього соціального педагога

Abstract

Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню оптимальних педагогічних умов формування професійного іміджу майбутнього соціального педагога в процесі навчання у вищій школі. Проаналізовано та розкрито сутність поняття «педагогічна умова», уточнено дану дефініцію в межах досліджуваної проблеми. Здійснено аналіз наукових джерел щодо доцільності впровадження педагогічних умов у навчально-виховний процес вищого навчального закладу. Визначено педагогічні умови формування професійного іміджу студентів спеціальності «Соціальна педагогіка» в процесі фахової підготовки, що сприяють його ефективності. Подано характеристику та описано значущість кожної виокремленої педагогічної умови формування професійного іміджу майбутнього соціального педагога.

Article deals with the justification of the optimum terms for the formation of pedagogical professional image of the future social teacher in the learning process in higher education. The essence of the concept «pedagogical terms» is analyzed and revealed, the definition of the problem investigated is given. Under the pedagogical terms the author understands teaching and educational circumstances that are created in a higher education institution for the purpose of management and performance impact on the monitoring process and results of operations; the factors which determine the effectiveness of the implementation of specific objectives of the pedagogical process. As the concept of the test (professional image) is given, it is emphasized that teaching conditions favor specially created circumstances, which are effectively influencing the formation of the professional image of the future social teacher. The analysis of the scientific literature on the feasibility of implementation of pedagogical terms in the educational process of the university is realised. The pedagogical terms of formation of a professional image of students of specialty «Social Pedagogy» in the process of training, contributing to its effectiveness, are identified: formation of motivational value orientation of students on activities to create a professional image and the development of his personality, the creation of appropriate learning environments in higher education and the organization of educational process on the basis of personal orientation of the educational interaction to provide a professional image process of students of specialty « Social Pedagogy», inclusion of students in reflexive monitoring, which subject is the of formation of professional image of the future social teacher. The characteristics, which describe the significance of each of the selected pedagogical terms of formation of the professional image of the future of social teacher are given.
