Анотація
В статье рассматриваются взаимосвязи между особенностями физического здоровья и уровнем гигиенических знаний школьников. Связи с пищевыми привычками позволяют утверждать недостаточный объем сведений о здоровом питании, а уровень гигиенических знаний детей должен быть оценен, как недостаточный, что оценивается как фактор риска для здоровья. Целью работы явилось исследование взаимосвязей между особенностями физического здоровья (как объективной его составляющей) и уровнем гигиенических знаний школьников, выступающих в роли субъективной компоненты здорового образа жизни.
The article discusses the relationship between the characteristics of physical health and hygiene knowledge level schoolchildren. Due to dietary habits insufficient information about healthy eating and the level of hygiene knowledge children should be recognized as inadequate, which is evaluated as a risk factor for health. Thus, the undertaken studies confirmed the presence of certain intercommunications between the features of physical health and level of hygienically knowledge of schoolchildren. The analysis of intercommunications of age and ВОО confirmed that dependences with certain functional indexes carried a direct and strong character, being the reflection of processes of height and development of child’s organism. The analysis of possible intercommunications between the studied factors came true by the construction of cross-correlation matrices allowing to estimate the state of organism and its dynamics under the influence of some factors. Taking into account a plenty of the factors plugged in matrices, for an analysis there were selected two: age of an inspected and size of their basic exchange. The age of an inspected must be appraised as one of the basic components, qualificatory both health and a level of hygienical literacy. It is set the presence of reliable connections between him and appraised anthropometric indexes. The connections set with food habits of an inspected allow to assert both the presence of knowledge about the healthy eating and their insufficient volume not allowing to consider the feed of schoolchildren rational. In respect of the level of hygienical knowledge of children, then along with got elementary hygienical skills, it can be appraised as insufficient, that, in turn, it must be appraised as another risk of everyday life factor. As continuation of the researches we consider the perspective standardization of the used methodologies, approbation of objective tests allowing to estimate the features of health of children of school age.
