Анотація
У статті розглядаються поняття «центри реабілітації» та «неповнолітні, які опинилися в складних життєвих обставинах». Обґрунтовано та схарактеризовано сутність, напрями та специфіку організації соціально-педагогічної реабілітації неповнолітніх в умовах центру реабілітації. У представленій статті розкрито етапи індивідуальної програми соціально-педагогічної реабілітації неповнолітніх, які опинились у складних життєвих обставинах, та з’ясовано особливості її складання. Визначено форми й методи роботи, що доцільно застосовувати у програмі соціально-педагогічної реабілітації з неповнолітніми в центрах реабілітації.
The relevance of this article is due to the need to expand the system of institutions of social protection and ensuring by them conditions for free access of juveniles who find themselves in difficult life circumstances (DLC) to obtain high-quality services needed to ensure their full and harmonious development. Modern processes aimed at helping juveniles and protection of their rights contribute to the development and functioning of rehabilitation centers. The analysis of the research literature made in the article allows the assumption that the problem of social and educational rehabilitation of juveniles who were in the DLC, in a rehabilitation center is not enough covered by researchers. The article deals with the peculiarities of socio-educational rehabilitation of juveniles who were in the DLC, in a rehabilitation center conditions. It has determined and grounded the nature, directions and specifics of organization of social and educational rehabilitation of juveniles in the rehabilitation centers conditions. It is determined that in the process of social and educational rehabilitation they must develop and implement a customized program of social and educational rehabilitation of juveniles. Author characterized forms and methods of social and pedagogical impact on the individual or the group of children that are useful in the program of social and educational rehabilitation. The main purpose of socio-pedagogical rehabilitation is the establishment of relationships with social environment, changing the social status of a juvenile, his identity as an active subject of own life and creating a positive attitude to life, through the activation of the child’s abilities, relying on internal resources. It is established that the inclusion of the child to a comprehensive rehabilitation program will provide an opportunity to correct deviations in the development of the juvenile and his behavior, to enable the individual to subject-subject relationship, to establish social ties, to change the situation at the school and family in a positive way. The author concluded that for the better solution of the problems of socio-educational rehabilitation of juveniles who find themselves in DLC it is necessary to develop a model for social and psychological rehabilitation of children in rehabilitation center conditions, which in turn will allow organizing this process.
