Методика проведення секційних занять з оздоровчих видів гімнастики зі студентками технічних спеціальностей

Abstract

Роботу присвячено розробці методики проведення секційних занять з оздоровчих видів гімнастики для студенток технічних спеціальностей. Нами здійснено аналіз науково-методичної та спеціальної літератури стосовно проблеми особливостей проведення занять з оздоровчих видів гімнастики зі студентами, розроблено та експериментально обґрунтовано методику проведення секційних занять з оздоровчих видів гімнастики для студенток технічних спеціальностей. В результаті проведених нами досліджень ми з’ясували, що розроблена нами авторська методика спрямована на покращення фізичного розвитку, фізичної працездатності та фізичної підготовленості студенток.

Work is sanctified to development of methodology of realization of sectional employments after the health types of gymnastics for the students of technical specialities. We are carry out the analysis of scientifically-methodical and special literature in relation to the problem of features of realization of employments after the health types of gymnastics with students, it is worked out and methodology of realization of sectional employments is experimentally reasonable after the health types of gymnastics for the students of technical specialities. As a result of studies undertaken a by us we found out, that the authorial methodology worked out by us is sent to the improvement of physical development, physical capacity and physical preparedness of students.
