Система відбору спортсменів-лучників у олімпійському циклі підготовки

Abstract

У статті зроблено аналіз системи відбору спортсменів до складу національної збірної команди України зі стрільби з луку в олімпійському циклі підготовки. Розглянуто взаємозв’язок навчально-тренувальної роботи з епідеміологічною ситуацією у світі, що значно вплинуло на виконання запланованого навантаження. Вирішення перерахованих проблем можливе шляхом раціонально організованого тренувального процесу спортсменів. Контроль за виконанням індивідуального плану підготовки спортсменів та динаміки їх стану протягом усього підготовчого та змагального періодів пропонується здійснювати з використанням сучасних технологій управління процесом підготовки.

The article analyzes the system of selection of athletes to the national archery team of Ukraine in the Olympic training cycle. It is marked that sportsmen participate in many competitions, among that preparatory, control, selection, main, before that it is necessary to execute the considerable volume of work as training employments and contention practice, organizational forms of preparation and control. Every annual cycle has its stages, namely base, special-preparatory, direct preparation to all responsible competitions of year and recovery, that had the tasks and aim. The table of extra charge of points is presented for taken part in the main competitions of the ІІ-ІІІ of grades by the sportsmen of national archery team of Ukraine, that for many years has helped trainer's composition of teams of Ukraine to take away the strongest on this stage of preparation sportsmen to the performance in main starts. Intercommunication of educational-training work is considered with an epidemiology situation in the world, namely by transference of Olympic Games-2020 in Tokyo on one year beforehand, that violated acquisition of the readiness to the prominent competitions and considerably influenced the implementation of the pre-arranged loading. The decision of the enumerated problems is possible by the rationally organized training process of sportsmen. Control after implementation of the individual plan of preparation of sportsmen should be carried out.
