Сутність поняття «соціально-комунікативна компетентність особистості»

Abstract

У статті висвітлено сутність поняття «соціально-комунікативна компетентність», її компоненти, рівні розвитку. Вказуються ознаки людей, які володіють цими навичками комунікації. Наголошено, що ця компетентність є однією із найбільш важливих рис кожної особи в сучасному світі. Підкреслено, що удосконалення цієї якості лягло в основу розвитку інноваційних ідей, передових технологій, сучасних теорій. Соціально-комунікативна компетентність особистості є невід’ємною здатністю людини в побудові правильного, раціонального, ефективного, успішного контакту з іншими особами, а також входить в поняття «людська культура».

The article highlights the essence of the concept of "social and communicative competence", its components, levels of development. The signs of people who have these communication skills are indicated. It is emphasized that this competence is one of the most important features of every person in the modern world. It is emphasized that the improvement of this quality formed the basis for the development of innovative ideas, advanced technologies, modern theories. Socio-communicative competence of the individual is an integral ability of man to build the right, rational, effective, successful contact with others, as well as included in the concept of "human culture".
