Участь фахівців інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів у реалізації процесу деінституалізації

Abstract

Публікація активізує питання обізнаності суспільства про негативні наслідки інституалізації для дітей та ролі інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів як ресурсу та послуги у ході реформування інтернатних закладів. Акцентується увага на висновку про комплексну оцінку розвитку дитини фахівців інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів як можливість батькам чи особам, які їх заміняють, звертатися до закладів освіти з правом вимагати від директора відкриття класу (групи) з інклюзивним навчанням за місцем проживання дитини, а не віддавати її до спеціального закладу з цілодобовим перебуванням.

The publication intensifies the issue of public awareness of the negative consequences of institution for children and the role of inclusive resource centers as a resource and services in the course of reforming boarding schools. Attention is paid to the conclusion about the comprehensive assessment of the child’s development of specialists in inclusive resource centers as an opportunity for parents or individuals replacing them, apply to educational institutions with the right to require the director to open a class (group) with inclusive education at the place of residence of the child in order not to give it to a special institution with a 24-hour stay.
