Методичні рекомендації викладачам медичних коледжів щодо оновлення системи підготовки майбутнiх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи

Abstract

Вагомий професійний досвід у медичній сфері не завжди супроводжується готовністю викладачів медичних коледжів використовувати в педагогічній діяльності освітні технології, що динамічно розвиваються, удосконалюються, оновлюються відповідно до сучасних вимог розвитку всіх сфер суспільства. Відтак актуалізується проблема розробки методичних рекомендацій для викладачів медичних коледжів, що сприятиме осучаснення системи професійної підготовки майбутніх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи. Методичні рекомендації враховують принципи активізації навчання студентів. Їх можуть використовувати викладачі в підготовці сестринського персоналу різних кваліфікаційних рівнів.

A significant professional experience in medical sphere is not always accompanied by readiness of medical colleges teachers to use educational technologies in pedagogical activities, which dynamically develop, improve, update in accordance with modern requirements for the development of all spheres of society. The purpose of article is to outline the methodological recommendations for teachers of medical colleges for modernizing the system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in colleges. During the study, the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature (thesis studies, publications, encyclopedias, etc.) for substantiating the expediency of using innovative pedagogical technologies and methods in vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing were used. It is recommended for teachers of medical colleges to take into consideration a developmental nature of pedagogical technology, which provides the following: direction to improvement of pedagogical process, to development of personality of future specialist; specification and use of psychogenic factors of individual development; taking into account and applying personal approach in vocational training of competent junior specialists in nursing; using own pedagogical experience and results of modern experimental studies for modernization of educational process in medical colleges, etc. Teachers can use methodological recommendations during the training of nursing staff of different qualification levels. Further scientific researches, aimed at creating educational and methodological complex, will contain: theoretical substantiation of actuality and essence of technological processes in medical colleges; description of effective pedagogical technologies that should be used in training of nursing staff; methods of conducting classes using active methods of training of future specialists in nursing; examples of technological charts (schemes, models) of classes in medical college, using pedagogical innovations; a set of situational tasks of professional content; development of training programs that will help improving the system of vocational training of future junior specialists in nursing in colleges.
