Географія овочівництва у Сумській області

Abstract

Валовий збір овочів в області у 2018 р. становив 201,2 тис. т, із урожайністю 182,1 ц/га. Завдяки зростанню виробництва овочів останніми роками, воно досягло рівня 1990 р., що пов’язано із збільшенням урожайності овочевих культур. Разом з тим, за останні десятиліття спостерігається скорочення посівних площ, зайнятих під овочами (у 2017 р. вони склали 80% від розмірів посівних площ, відведених під урожай овочів у 1990 р., а у 2018 р. скоротилися ще на 0,8%).

The gross harvest of vegetables in the region in 2018 amounted to 201.2 thousand tons, with a yield of 182.1 kg / ha. Due to the growth of vegetable production in recent years, it reached the level of 1990, which is associated with increased yields of vegetable crops. At the same time, in recent decades there has been a reduction in sown areas under vegetables (in 2017 they amounted to 80% of the size of sown areas allocated for the vegetable harvest in 1990, and in 2018 decreased by another 0.8%).
