Організаційно-педагогічні умови управління освітнім процесом у закладі дошкільної освіти

Abstract

В магістерській роботі схарактеризовано особливості управління закладом дошкільної освіти в сучасних умовах. Обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови управління освітнім процесом у ЗДО. Розроблено критеріально-діагностичний комплекс для оцінки ефективності управління освітнім процесом у ЗДО. Експериментально перевірено ефективність організаційно-педагогічних умов управління освітнім процесом у закладі дошкільної освіти. Розроблено та експериментально перевірено ефективність планування освітнього процесу на основі технології складання інтелектуальних карт.

The master's thesis describes the features of the preschool educational institution management in modern conditions. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of management of educational process in ZDO are substantiated. A criterion-diagnostic complex has been developed to assess the effectiveness of the management of the educational process in ZDO. The effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the educational process management in a preschool institution has been experimentally tested. The planning efficiency of the educational process on the basis of the technology of compiling intellectual maps has been developed and experimentally tested.
