В магістерській роботі сформульовано сутнісних характеристик інформаційно-розвивального середовища інноваційного закладу загальної середньої освіти; визначено та систематизовано теоретико-педагогічних, методичних та технологічних вимог до оцінки якості механізмів управління інформаційно-розвивальним середовищем інноваційного закладу загальної середньої освіти; обґрунтовано сукупності основних принципів управління інформаційно-розвивальним середовищем інноваційного закладу загальної середньої освіти; розроблено умови підготовки вчителів до управління інформаційно-розвивальним середовищем; розкрито можливості інформаційно-розвивального середовища інноваційного закладу загальної середньої освіти як умови розвитку особистості того, хто навчається в процесі взаємодії з медійними та інформаційними засобами..

The master's thesis formulates the essential characteristics of the information and development environment of the innovative general secondary educational institution; identified and systematized theoretical and pedagogical, methodological and technological requirements for assessing the quality of management mechanisms of the information and development environment of the innovative general secondary educational institution; the set of basic principles of information and development environment management of an innovative general secondary educational institution is substantiated; developed conditions for training teachers to manage the information and development environment; the possibilities of the information and development environment of the innovative general secondary educational institution as a condition for the development of the personality of the learner in the process of interaction with the media and information media are revealed.
