Методологічні засади управління процесами соціалізації студентів ЗВО

Abstract

В магістерській роботі виділені фактори, що визначають ефективність управління процесом соціалізації студентів закладу вищої освіти; ставлення до навчально-виховного процесу у закладі вищої освіти; особливості управління процесом соціалізації у закладі вищої освіти; роль зовнішньої оцінки успішності соціалізації ; необхідність прискорення соціалізації; виділена сукупність принципів організації навчально-виховного процесу, що визначають успішне управління соціалізацією студентів закладу вищої освіти: соціальної спрямованості, індивідуалізації, комунікативності, суб'єктності, прогностичності, системності; запропоновані та апробовані напрямки управління процесами соціалізації студентів.

The master's thesis highlights the factors that determine the effectiveness of managing the process of socialization of students of higher education; attitude to the educational process in a higher education institution; features of management of the socialization process in a higher education institution; the role of external evaluation of socialization success; the need to accelerate socialization; a set of principles of organization of the educational process that determine the successful management of socialization of students of higher education: social orientation, individualization, communication, subjectivity, prognosticity, system; proposed and tested areas of management of student socialization processes.
