Соціально-педагогічні умови формування іміджу закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

В магістерській роботі проведено комплексне дослідження теоретичних, методологічних, методичних, практичних питань формування іміджу закладу вищої освіти в єдиному освітньому просторі в умовах динаміки зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища. Теоретико-методологічні положення концепції формування іміджу закладу вищої освіти сприяють збагаченню теорії професійної освіти. Визначено сутність і поняття іміджу закладу вищої освіти в єдиному освітньому просторі, його роль у формуванні і розвитку профільної системи освіти. Розроблено теоретико-методологічне підґрунтя і зміст концепції формування іміджу закладу вищої освіти (визначена сукупність наукових підходів; встановлені закономірності і провідні принципи; спроектована модель, виявлено комплекс управлінських і організаційно-педагогічних умов її реалізації).

In the master's work the complex research of theoretical, methodological, methodical, practical questions of formation of image of institution of higher education in uniform educational space in the conditions of dynamics of external and internal environment is carried out. Theoretical and methodological provisions of the concept of image formation of a higher education institution contribute to the enrichment of the theory of vocational education. The essence and concept of the image of a higher education institution in a single educational space, its role in the formation and development of the profile education system are determined. Theoretical and methodological basis and content of the concept of image formation of a higher education institution have been developed (a set of scientific approaches has been determined; regularities and guiding principles have been established; a model has been designed, a set of managerial and organizational-pedagogical conditions for its implementation has been identified).
