dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена розвитку та становленню фізичного виховання студентів у закладах вищої освіти України та Польщі. Аналізується історіографія та програмно-нормативне забезпечення фізичного виховання цих країн. Спираючись на аналіз та узагальнені дані літературних джерел, подається коротка порівняльна характеристика розвитку фізичного виховання України та Польщі. Фізичне виховання розглядається як невід’ємна складова гармонійного розвитку особистості. Перспективи подальших розвідок у даному напрямі полягають в експериментальному обґрунтуванні ефективності авторських програм фізичного виховання польських студентів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to development of physical education of students in higher education institutions of Ukraine and Poland. The historiography and program-normative support of physical education in Ukraine and Poland are analyzed. Physical education is regarded as an integral part of the harmonious development of the individual. Based on the analysis and generalized data from the literature, a brief comparative description of the development of physical education of Ukraine and Poland is presented. In the course of the analysis of physical education systems in HEIs of Ukraine and Poland we observe that there is no general state regulation of the process of physical education. Due to the autonomy of the institutions, rectors can make their own decisions about the obligatory physical education, the number of hours and so on. Therefore, in some HEIs only first-year courses are compulsory, in others throughout the study period, but with a small number of hours. Based on this, we can point out that in order to improve health and fitness of young people, compulsory physical education is required throughout the study period, but with improvement of their forms. The experience of software and regulatore support in Poland leads to democrative principles of development of the physical education system, wide using of the possibilities of individualization of the educational process, creative approaches to interests and opportunities of participants of the educational process. Prospects for further exploration in this area are scientific studies related to the experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the author’s programs of physical education of Polish students.uk_UA
