dc.description.abstractУ статті порівняно поняття «заохочення» та «винагородження»; розкрито всі можливі форми заохочення вчителів до самовдосконалення в Україні відповідно до нормативної бази Всеукраїнського, міського, районного та шкільного рівня; детально схарактеризовано порядок проведення нагородження педагогів у деяких нормативних документах, а саме, в Положенні про нагородження відомчими заохочувальними відзнаками, Положенні про грамоту управління освіти, Положенні про всеукраїнський конкурс «Учитель року».uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe author of the article compares the terms «incentive» and «reward», discloses all the possible forms of encouraging teachers in their improvement in Ukraine in accordance with the regulatory framework of state, local and school levels, describes the procedure of awarding teachers in some regulations in details, namely, the Regulation on awarding of department incentive rewards, the Regulation on charter of local authority, the statute of Ukrainian contest «Teacher of the year». Different forms and measures of incentives are applied for the motivation of teachers to self-improvement. The opinions of some researchers were divided towards determination of a concept «encouragement» in correlation with a concept «reward» and determination of their forms. Internal incentives are given by the process of implementation of work: feeling of achievement of results, success, self-esteem, maintenance and meaningfulness of the executed work, jurisdiction, skills, and other methods of providing favourable conditions of work and concrete formulation of tasks. External incentives are offered to the teacher for implementation of her/his official duties, such as ettlings, bonuses, encouraging differences, ranks, rewards, and so on. In the article their correlation is presented by normatively legal documents of Ukraine and Kharkiv in order to show their role as a substantial motivator of professional activity of teachers nowadays. The present level of education in Ukraine does not allow in a complete measure to execute the function of key resource of socio-economic development of country increase of welfare of citizens. It is out of prestige of profession of teacher and teachers – beginners do not always bind the subsequent professional activity to school. It requires to learn the forms of incentives of teachers to self-perfection in the system of education of Ukraine. The possibilities of improvement of the material, social, scientifically methodical, organizational terms normatively legal providing of Ukraine is touched by the deep, internal resource of development of education, professional self-perfection of teachers, satisfaction from labour. Encouragement to self-perfection is one of fundamental problems both for Ukrainian and foreign pedagogics. Studying, in particular, English experience of the system and the order of application of encouragement of teachers to self-perfection and integration of the best achievements in Ukrainian educational system are the questions for our subsequent scientific researches.uk_UA
