Анотація
У статті визначено етапи, педагогічні умови та методи формування навичок міжособистісної взаємодії студентів у процесі аснсамблевого музикування. Розглянуто методику, що спрямована на вдосконалення навичок міжособистісної взаємодії студентів у процесі ансамблевої підготовки. Обґрунтовано умови формування навичок міжособистісної взаємодії студентів, серед яких виділено такі: створення комфортного музично‐комунікативного освітнього середовища; інтеграція індивідуальних музично‐виконавських потреб та інтересів учасників ансамблю; актуалізація ансамблевої солідарності; спонукання до рефлексії результатів ансамблевого музикування. Окреслено методичні механізми реалізації визначених умов. Серед них такі методи: художньо‐творчого проєкту, індивідуального підбору репертуару, конструктивного музично‐виконавського фідбеку, збереження творчого балансу.
The article deals with the methodology aimed at improving students' interpersonal interaction skills in the process of ensemble training. The conditions for the formation of students' interpersonal interaction skills are substantiated, among which the following are highlighted: creating a comfortable musical and communicative educational environment; integration of individual musical and performance needs and interests of ensemble members; actualisation of ensemble solidarity; encouragement to reflect on the results of ensemble musicianship.The methodological mechanisms for the implementation of these conditions are outlined. These methods include: artistic and creative project, individual selection of repertoire, constructive musical and performance feedback, and maintaining creative balance. The formation of interpersonal interaction skills can be divided into three stages: introductory‐motivational, creative‐analytical, and artistic‐communicative. During the introductory‐motivational stage, attention and perception of the musical piece are activated. Individual work with each ensemble member is recommended during this period. At the creative‐analytical stage, performers are tasked with: • Strengthening auditory attention. • Adapting participants to each other. • Achieving dynamic, shading, and metrorhythmic synchronicity. • Adapting to emotional reactions, developing muscle and auditory sensations that depend on performers' temperament and nervous system. • Creating the right balance of sound (adjusting volume, aligning strength and character with the sound of other instruments). The third (artistic‐communicative) stage is directly related to the performance of the piece.
