Анотація
Система підготовки фахівця дошкільної освіти у Сполученому Королівстві Великої Британії і Північній Ірландії набула статусу однієї з найкращих у світі, що дозволяє їй бути конкурентоспроможною на ринку освіти. У статті виокремлено найновіші чисельні форми й методи навчання, зокрема, електронне дистанційне навчання, інтерактивне навчання, побудову навчання на дослідницькій діяльності, урахування активної участі студентів у навчальному процесі. Схарактеризовано форми і методи підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти в університетах Сполученого Королівства Великої Британії і Північної Ірландії. Обґрунтовано необхідність ретельного вивчення продуктивних ідей підготовки майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти і впровадження їх у навчальний процес ЗВО України. Визначено такі риси діяльності вихователя-дослідника: уміння міркувати в дослідній роботі над власними діями, критично ставитися до зв’язку політики з освітою, що має бути вже в процесі планування дослідницької діяльності. Визначено дослідницьку діяльність фахівця як систематичний пошук нового знання.
The preschool education system in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has become one of the best in the world, allowing it to be competitive in the education market. The purpose of the article is to characterize the forms and methods of preschool education specialists training in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland universities. The article outlines the latest numerical forms and methods of teaching, in particular, electronic distance learning, interactive learning, construction of training in research activities, taking into account active participation of students in the educational process. The forms and methods of pre-school education specialists training at UK and Northern Ireland universities are characterized. The necessity of careful study of productive ideas of preparation of future specialists of preschool education and their introduction into the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine is substantiated. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has established a research paradigm in which assimilation of material content, cultivation of research culture and development of intelligence are an integral process. In particular, the new paradigm in education promotes inclusion of research and development activities in the educational process. Nowadays, society needs educators who are ready to study in pedagogical activity, to analyze the educational process in preschool institutions. In this regard, we have identified the following features of the work of the researcher: the ability to think in research about their actions, to be critical about relation of the policy with education, which should already be in the process of planning research activity. The research activity of a specialist is determined as a systematic search for new knowledge. It is stated that most scientists in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland characterize the pedagogical and research process as one whole.
