dc.description.abstractУ стaтті рoзглянуто особливості організації взаємодії вчителів початкових класів і викладачів закладів післядипломної педагогічної освіти в сучасному освітньому процесі. Особливу увaгу звернуто на інноваційний підхід, щo дає мoжливість рoзв’язaти oдне із aктуальних зaвдaнь сьoгoдення – організація взаємодії учасників освітнього процесу на засадах педагогіки партнерства. Проаналізовано перелік і подано стислу характеристику деяких сучасних форм взаємодії вчителя і викладача під час підвищення кваліфікації. Запропоновані форми можуть бути використані як в системі післядипломної освіти, так і адаптовані для впровадження в початковій школ
dc.description.sponsorshipThe article deals with the peculiarities of organizing the interaction of primary school teachers and teachers of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions in the modern educational process. The issue of studying the role of an innovative approach in the professional training of a modern competent specialist is highlighted. Given the generalization of scientific positions on the key competencies of primary school teachers of all levels, the system of training and their support in the intercourse period has been rethought. It is noted that the introduction of innovative forms of interaction makes it possible to resolve the contradictions between the needs for new, high‐quality retraining of primary school teachers in the system of in‐service teacher education and the traditional approach to its organization. Particular attention is paid to the modern approach, which helps to solve one of the urgent tasks of today ‐ the organization of interaction of participants in the educational process on the basis of partnership pedagogy. The essence of the proposed forms is disclosed. The list was analyzed and their brief description was given during the interaction between teacher and teacher in advanced training courses. The main directions of implementation are outlined, examples of indicative topics are given. The levers of quality training of specialists in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education through the introduction of innovative forms of learning and interaction are characterized. The experience of a municipal institution in Zaporizhzhia is presented as a vivid example of the successful implementation of the described approach. Defining the special role of innovations in education, it is emphasized that in this complex process, the creative abilities of students are revealed and developed, their knowledge, skills and abilities are purposefully enriched, and new opportunities for the formation of professional skills are opened. The proposed forms can be used both in the system of postgraduate education and adapted for implementation in primary school.
