Анотація
У запропонованій статті здійснено експлікацію феномена професійної ідентичності крізь призму міждисциплінарного підходу у контексті взаємодії ідей, концепцій та методологічних принципів різних сфер гуманітарного знання. На основі аналітичного огляду педагогічно‐психологічних, філософських та соціологічних джерел розкрито теоретичні засади становлення професійної ідентичності в нерозривному взаємозв’язку із особистісною ідентичністю. Показано, що професійна ідентичність передбачає процес ідентифікації з професійною групою та водночас базується на особистісній компоненті,оскільки ефективність професійної діяльності перебуває в безпосередній залежності від індивідуальних характеристик фахівця. Стверджується, що професійна та особистісна ідентичність реалізуються у нерозривній єдності і є нероздільними й взаємодоповнюючими чинниками досягнення внутрішньої цілісності та самототожності індивіда.
The article explicates the phenomenon of professional identity through the prism of an interdisciplinary approach in the context of the interaction of ideas, concepts and methodological principles of various spheres of humanitarian knowledge. On the basis of an analytical review of pedagogical‐psychological, philosophical and sociological sources, the theoretical foundations of the formation of professional identity in an inextricable relationship with personal identity are disclosed. The rethinking of the proposed approaches to the study of identity in the interdisciplinary discourse testifies to the complexity of the formation of this complex phenomenon and the need for interpersonal interaction and their emotional and psychological layers, social mechanisms of self‐determination of an individual in social groups and their influence on the development of individual views and beliefs. In this context, identity appears as a multi‐layered biological, psychological and social reality, a complex formation that will be built on interdependent individual and collective, personal and professional foundations. After all, personal identity (awareness of one's own time extension and integration of various images of "I" into a single integral system, a sense of self‐identity based on awareness of one's own uniqueness and originality) is in a continuous relationship with social identity (perception of personal "I" in inseparable unity with social and group ties). Therefore, the correct personal choice of a professional path is the most important basis for achieving the inner integrity of an individual and is an important factor in professional self‐determination and personal development in the relevant field of labor activity. It is professional identity that involves the process of identification with a professional group (the relevant profession and its bearers) and at the same time is based on a personal component, since the effectiveness of professional activity is directly dependent on the individual characteristics of a specialist. Therefore, professional and personal identity are realized in inseparable unity and are inseparable and complementary factors in achieving internal integrity and self‐identity.
