The article is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical and methodical aspects of the formation of stage‐performance culture of young musicians (students of children's music schools and students of higher education institutions of music and music‐pedagogy) at various links of special art education: in children's music schools, professional music colleges, institutes and academies culture and arts, etc. The methods of analysis and generalization of scientific sources, methodical publications, educational literature and pedagogical experience of specialists, etc., are applied. Stage performance culture is considered as a complex integrated personality quality, which is manifested in the ability of the performer to consciously interpret the artistic image and effectively implement his own performance plan during the stage performance. The stage‐performance culture of a musician is an important factor in his successful performance, which allows him to develop creatively through the interpretation of musical, artistic images and musical works in general. The subject of consideration is the vocal and instrumental training of pupils and students as an organic environment and the main means of forming their stage and performance culture. The methodical foundations and peculiarities of the sequence of formation of stage performance culture of pupils and students in the process of teaching vocals and playing the piano are determined. In the formation of stage‐performance culture, it is important to take into account the principle of continuity, which ensures the gradual professional formation of young musicians from the first years of study in children's music schools and its continuation in professional music colleges and institutions of higher art education. To achieve a positive result and at all stages of learning, it is important to take into account a number of factors: from the selection of a musical repertoire that is optimal for each particular student to the emotional atmosphere that prevails during the preparation for the performance and at the performance itself. We see the prospects for further scientific research in the study of specific methods and technologies for the formation of stage‐performance culture of pupils and students at various branches of art education.
