Стаття присвячена питанням оцінювання трудової міграції населення України у доковіднийперіод, під час COVID 19 та війни. Особливу увагу зосереджено на аналізі міграційних проце-сів, а також проблемах країн-донорів робочої сили, зокрема України. У статті систематизо-вано відносні показники оцінювання міграційних процесів, а також проаналізовано показники міждержавної міграції населення України у різні періоди часу. Візуалізовано показники міграції населення України. Досліджено також причини інтенсифікації міграційних процесів та основнікаталізатори цього. Здійснено порівняння заробітних плат в Україні та деяких країнах-сусідах у 2017–2019 рр. Цінність дослідження полягає у статистичному оцінюванні абсолютнихта відносних показників міграції населення України та визначенні причин інтенсифікації мігра-ційних процесів.
The article is devoted to the problems of the labour migration assessment of the population of Ukraine in the pre-pandemic period, during COVID 19 and the war. Special attention is focused on the analy-sis of migration processes, as well as the problems of labour donor countries, in particular Ukraine.The article systematises the relative indicators of the assessment of migration processes, and also analyses the indicators of interstate migration of the population of Ukraine in different periods of time.The migration balance, migration turnover, the coefficient of the intensity of migration growth and migration turnover, the dropout coefficient, the relative migration balance and other indicators dur-ing 2012–2021 are calculated in the article. The indicators of migration of the population of Ukraine are also visualised. The reasons for the intensification of migration processes and the main catalysts for this were also studied. A comparison of salaries in Ukraine and some neighbouring countries in 2017–2019 was made. The purpose of the article is to carry out a statistical analysis of absolute and relative indicators of population migration, as well as to determine the reasons for its intensification.It also described the factors that created difficult conditions for businesses and individuals, which led to a high level of emigration from the country, especially among young people and skilled workers. There is a shortage of skilled labour in the country, but it also has the potential to bring positive economic benefits through remittances and the acquisition of skills and experience by migrant workers. In addi-tion, it is considered that external factors such as COVID-19 and war have fundamentally changed their expectations. The article examines the impact of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor country russia into Ukraine on the lives of Ukrainian citizens, forced departure abroad. The value of the study is the statistical evaluation of various indicators of the migration of the population of Ukraine and the determination of the reasons for the strengthening or weakeningof migration processes.
