Анотація
У дисертації представлено теоретичні і методичні засади адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Проаналізовано джерельну базу дослідження. Виявлено стан розробленості проблеми створення адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Виокремлено та обґрунтовано теоретичні і методичні засади розроблення адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом; розкрити зміст понять «адаптивна педагогічна система», «адаптивна система підготовки магістрів». Розроблено та теоретично обґрунтовано модель адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Теоретично обґрунтовано методичні засади застосування адаптивних технологій у професійній підготовці магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Розроблено адаптивний інструментарій для забезпечення науково-методичного супроводу функціонування й розвитку адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Експериментально перевірено результативність адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом. Розроблено методичні рекомендації для практичного використання адаптивної системи професійної підготовки магістрів з управління навчальним закладом.
The thesis substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management. The state of elaboration of the problem of adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management is revealed. It is found that training of masters in education institution management in Ukrainian higher education institutions is mainly carried out according to the traditional system of training. According to this system, attention in the preparation of masters in education institution management is paid to the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and skills. However, modernity focuses on practical innovative management skills, which most adequately corresponds to current trends in education development in conditions of the market economy. It is proved that modern training of competitive specialists in Ukraine should be based on close interaction of higher education and labor market, which places special requirements on the quality, content and forms of training masters in education institution management, stimulates higher education institutions to effective, innovative development. The theoretical and methodological foundations of development of adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management are allocated and substantiated; the meaning of the concepts “adaptive pedagogical system”, “adaptive system of masters training” is revealed. The conceptual philosophical foundations of development of an adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management are the provisions of the theory of cognition, systems theory, anthropo-social, synergetic and qualimetric approaches, philosophical categories, laws and principles. Development of an adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management is based on the implementation of the principles of priority recognition of human development and the certainty of the natural path of its implementation; crosslevel adaptation and dialogic coherence; directed self-organization; motivation. It is proved that the general scientific principles of developing an adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management are the provisions of a systems approach and general scientific methods of cognition. Psychological and pedagogical foundations of developing an adaptive system are the provisions of psychological concepts, personality theory, theory of productive activity, system of didactic laws, patterns, principles and methodological approaches (systems, adaptive, personality-centered, activity). The model of adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management is developed and theoretically substantiated. The adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management is based on an adaptive model of masters training, which focuses on changes in the purpose, content, methods, forms, means, technologies, positions of the subjects of the training process, etc. This made it possible to ensure a result adequate to the new developments in the system of masters training, in their personality and their own worldviews. The model of an adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management consists of four interrelated blocks: conceptual-target, content, technological, diagnostic-resultative. The model of the adaptive system offered in research is created for practical application for the purpose of increasing the level of preparation of masters in education institution management in the conditions of market instability. Methodological approaches, principles, content of teaching, forms, methods, tools, components, technologies and results cover all aspects of professional training of masters in education institution management and contribute to the realization of the set goal. The model is based on learning the techniques of independent work, self-control, self-analysis, methods of research, development and improvement of skills to work independently, to acquire knowledge. The result of adaptive training is reaching the level of self-organization and self-education. The methodology of application of adaptive technologies in professional training of masters in education institution management is theoretically substantiated. It is established that implementation of adaptive technologies activates adaptive processes to achieve the originally defined goal when changing conditions, circumstances, situations. Adaptive technologies allow to vary training, to create new structures of employment. It is emphasized that adaptive technologies are based on the following approaches: systems, synergetic, active, humanistic, personalitycentered, differentiated, adaptive. It is established that introduction of adaptive technologies in the professional training of masters creates a favorable environment for the development of a responsible, competitive professional manager. The adaptive toolkit to provide scientific and methodological support for the functioning and development of adaptive training of masters in education institution management is developed. It includes selection of adaptive technologies: creating an adaptive individual scenario of educational activities of undergraduates; coaching technologies of individual work with masters; design; active-creative type of knowledge acquisition; adaptive management; formation of professional competences; formation of creative individuality of the future specialist; technologies of adaptive management of research activity of masters; technology for the development of adaptive capabilities of students with special educational needs within the adaptive inclusive space, etc.; main ways of organizing the adaptive activities of master students and teachers: forms (classroom: group, small groups, pairs, individual, extracurricular: independent work, research work, project activity, etc.); methods (active and interactive: project method, case method, brainstorming, business games, situational modeling, interactive presentations, etc.); tools (feedback: carried out by the student in the modes of “self-control” or “mutual control” (cards with multilevel tasks); computers, Internet, interactive whiteboards, multimedia projector, flipcharts, educational literature, didactic teaching aids); a set of multi-level practice-oriented tasks for the discipline “Conflicts in management”; diagnostic and self-diagnostic tools that allow providing automatically individual support to each student and working effectively at the subject-subject level; technology of choice of disciplines, with the subsequent creation of the integrative discipline “Adaptive course of a wide choice”; educational project “Intra-school management” for future heads of secondary schools in the adaptation of the general discipline “Education Management”, which includes the content and sequence of seminars and trainings to strengthen the practical orientation of masters training; universal distance course “School of Management” for independent mastering by students of managerial competences in the online space, etc. The effectiveness of the adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management has been experimentally tested and methodological recommendations for practical use of the offered adaptive system of professional training of masters in education institution management are developed.
